Full job description

Law firm seeking a competent, hardworking and trustworthy Attorney to join our legal team.

In this role, you will manage and litigate your own caseload, with cases provided by the firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proven ability to multi-task, and a proactive approach to case management. We are looking for Attorneys who are driven and results oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases independently.
• Develop case strategies and see them through inception to resolution.
• Work closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and representation.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while handling multiple cases.
• Advising and representing clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters.
• Communicating with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case.
• Conducting research and analysis of legal problems.
• Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Drafting pleadings, assessing, analyzing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts and agreements.
• Negotiating transactions and agreements governing licensing, leasing, partnerships, and strategic alliances with outside business entities and organizations.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining asset protection strategies and legal risk.

Qualifications:

• J.D. Degree from an accredited law school.
• High level of motivation, ambition and drive to achieve financial success.
• Valid License to practice in Alabama.
• Member of the Alabama State Bar in good standing.

Work Schedule:

• This is an on-site position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
