Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Estate Administration Paralegal located in Johnstown, PA. The Estate Administration Paralegal will be responsible for handling all matters related to processing an estate. Experience in deed preperation is also a plus. Day-to-day tasks also include assisting attorneys with estate administration matters and ensuring compliance with legal standards and office processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in estate and trust administration
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency with legal software
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification is preferred
- Experience in estate administration is required
