Paralegal – Estate Administration & Deed Preparation - Hill Group Law PC
Hill Group Law PC is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in estate administration and deed preparation to join our team. We are committed to educating every client we serve so they can make informed decisions for their loved ones. Our firm, led by attorney Dan Hill, provides comprehensive estate planning, asset protection, and Medicaid planning services, including weekly educational seminars for the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys in all aspects of estate administration, including probate filings, asset inventories, and beneficiary distributions.
• Prepare, review, and record deeds and related real estate documents to ensure proper transfer of assets.
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies regarding estate matters.
• Maintain case files and track important deadlines to ensure timely administration.
• Conduct legal research related to estate and probate laws.
• Support the firm’s educational mission by assisting with seminar preparation and client materials.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in estate administration and deed preparation.
• Education: Paralegal certification or relevant legal studies preferred.
Skills:
o Proficiency in probate and estate administration procedures.
o Strong knowledge of real estate deeds and property transfers.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
o Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
o Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
