The candidate must have a working knowledge of sub-acute and long-term care Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance. Additionally, the candidate must be able to independently review clinical referrals to determine eligibility against facility admission criteria.

We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused leader with a passion for healthcare and community engagement to join our team as our Admissions & Marketing Director. In this role, you’ll be the key architect in guiding patients from their initial referral through to admission, directly impacting our census and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Referral Relationships:
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with hospitals, assisted living facilities (ALFs), doctors’ offices, and other referral sources to establish a robust network that positions Hill Haven as the premier choice for patient care.
- Lead Community Outreach:
Develop and execute creative marketing and community relations strategies that enhance our visibility and reinforce our reputation as the top nursing facility in the area.
- Guide the Patient Journey:
Walk patients and their families through every step of the admissions process, ensuring a smooth, supportive transition from referral to becoming part of the Hill Haven family.Analyze census data and other performance metrics to assess the success of marketing campaigns, adjust strategies as needed, and drive consistent enrollment growth.Work closely with internal teams to create compelling promotional materials and coordinate community events that showcase our unique value proposition and commitment to exceptional care.What We’re Looking For:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field along with a proven track record in admissions, marketing, or community relations within a healthcare setting.
