What are the responsibilities and job description for the e-Builder Administrator position at Hill International, Inc?
Hill International is seeking an e-Builder (now Trimble Unity Consult) Administrator in Philadelphia, PA. This position is required to be on-site 5 days a week.
- Responsible for the overall management of the client's e-Builder system
- Create/set up new projects, users, workflows, processes, etc.
- Respond to ad hoc user requests
- Train users on the system
- Coordinate with the client to process invoices through the system
- Manage account level settings, level reports, views
- Manage workflows and delegate process instances
- Organize and implement certain tasks
- Establish an effective and efficient task execution process
- Strong e-Builder or similar PMIS System skills, administrator-level experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of construction/project management experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and creativity skills along with the ability to exercise sound judgement by making decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, highly responsive with the ability to prioritize end user needs in the best interest of the client/department
