Job Description
Hill International is seeking a Project Administrator with FDOT, CEI, CFX experience in Orlando, Florida
Qualifications
- Experience in transportation projects, road and bridge construction
- Minimum 5 years Experience as a project administrator on FDOT Projects
- Needs to have knowledge of FDOT specs and pay items
- CEI experience on FDOT or Turnpike projects is advantageous
- Experience working in SharePoint is a plus, but not required
- Experience with other Project Management Information Systems is a plus
- Understanding of contract changes, Work Orders, Supplemental Agreements, etc.
Responsibilities
- Interact with the client
- Work with multiple (20 ) other CFX consultants to review/resolve issues
- Oversee documents prepared by other consultants, and we perform reviews and approval recommendations to the client
- Manage Systemwide contracts for CEI, materials testing, commercial inspection
- Independent Assurance/QC of Consultant Inspection personnel and field documentation
- Constructability reviews for upcoming projects
- Prepare reports and documents for the CFX Board
