Your Role:
The Business Analyst works closely with the Care and Connectivity Solutions (CCS) team to drive solution development supporting internal/external business analytics clients. They will partner with Baxter leadership to understand core business process and develop pathways with leadership and subject matter experts to accelerate business performance.

This requires a high intellect, self-motivated individual who can assess needs and give insights to create strategic people-oriented solutions. You will use your technical expertise along with your business acumen and analytical skills to help the teams with their internal process, forecasting needs, developing tools to provide better reporting capabilities, analyzing programs, to ensure that we make data-driven decisions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support sales forecasting and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements for the CCS business.

  • Provides support to assist in achieving annual sales targets through analytics and digital tools.

  • Assist in training internal sales and marketing teams on the PowerBI dashboards and for creating region and IDN specific reports.

  • Develop automated systems which enable internal/external teams to capture, retain/organize, and report information more efficiently.

  • Assist in the identification of core business processes and recognize and recommend changes to enhance business process flow.

  • Assist with the development of monthly operating reports.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, IT, analytics, math, or related field preferred.

  • 3 years experience in business analytics, SQL, financial analysis or pricing analytics preferred.

  • 3 years experience within an IT or Medical Device organization preferred.

  • Working knowledge of PowerBI. Certifications are preferred.

  • Working knowledge on Salesforce reporting and SQL preferred.

  • Fluency in sales analytics and sales enablement programs.

  • Demonstrated understanding of data flow and the ability to recognize improvement opportunities.

  • Effective planning and program management skills.

  • Understanding of GPO, IDN and the healthcare medtech business preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across a broad range of topics with internal stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Teams and a mastery level knowledge of Excel and PowerBI required.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location.
