Practice Highlights
- The clinical team you will join is highly experienced and ultra-collaborative. Drs. Sara Alfano (Penn ’14), Lauren Feroli (Tufts ’16) and Faith Roser (Penn ’20) are supported by six full-time and three part-time technicians, three receptionists and one practice manager.
- Our practice is independently owned by Drs. George L. Hartenstein IV, Sara Alfano, Lauren Feroli and practice manager, Louisa Hartenstein.
- Hill Street Veterinary Hospital is the longest continuously run veterinary facility in York County. We practice mixed medicine (Cats, Dogs, Avian, Exotics, Sheep, Goats). Our facility, purchased in 1941, recently underwent both interior and exterior upgrades.
About the Opportunity
We are looking to hire an additional receptionist. One of our long-time enthusiastic receptionists has landed the opportunity to start her own business. She will be continuing with us to assist training the new staff member.
About You
You have at least two years of hands-on experience answering phones and providing customer service in a veterinary facility. You are familiar with veterinary management software. You are polite, well spoken, detail oriented and prone to over-communicate.
