What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Care Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Hillandale Primary Care?
Hillandale Primary Care is a Primary Care Practice seeking a medical receptionist that will thrive in a busy, fast-paced, and inclusive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care or internal medicine and will be responsible for checking in patients, processing insurance referrals, and answering phones. On some days you may be scheduled to assist with back office task such as providing patient care, taking vital signs, administering medications/vaccines, and performing other medical tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Check patients in/out
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits.
- Collect copays
- Record patient information, including medical history, vital signs, and test results.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Communicate lab results to patients
- Communicate provider's orders to patients

Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
