Hillcrest Educational Centers, Inc. (HEC) is a private nonprofit agency located in Pittsfield, MA. This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Education Teacher. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for teaching students in a middle school setting, focusing on providing support to students with disabilities. The teacher will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), provide instruction and support, and collaborate with other educational professionals and parents/guardians. The role will also involve effective communication and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
