- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
- Use diagnostic tools such as interviews, observations, and tests to evaluate clients' conditions.
You will also be responsible for:
- Assisting clients in accessing additional mental health resources, such as support groups, psychiatric care, or community services.
- Advocating for clients within the healthcare system or other relevant institutions.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Preparing necessary reports for case reviews, insurance billing, or other administrative purposes.
- Educating clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and preventative care.
- Promoting mental health awareness within the community through workshops, outreach programs, or training.
- Regularly reviewing clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Monitoring clients for any changes in behavior, mood, or symptoms that may require additional interventions.
