What do I need to be considered?
- Proven sales record in Assisted Living and Independent Living.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, Closure rates market dynamics, and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in Senior Living CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong relationships with internal teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year experience in business office functions.
- Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Windows and MS Office.
