The Director of Senior Living Sales is responsible for expanding and maintaining business and referral relationships for Hillcrest Silver Ridge, specifically marketing, admissions, sales and meeting census goals.

- Responsible for developing and maintaining the Quarterly Marketing Action Plan. Works with the Regional Director of Customer Navigation to maintain the plan and execute all aspects including competitive analysis.
- Maintains the established sales and marketing standards.
- Monitors and recommends actions to improve sales processes and conversion rates. Gives tours and follows up with prospects to meet closing foals and achieve census results.
- Records assisted living and memory care opportunities as well as all daily sales and marketing activities into the CRM system according to policy while keeping all data accurate and up to date.
- Creates an exceptional phone, walk-in, and tour experience for new prospects and families resulting in high conversion from intake to tour, to deposit and move in.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related administrative field required.
- At least three years of senior living sales/admission experience required.
- At least two years’ experience leading a marketing or sales team.
