Pay: RN $37.00-$41.00 per hour based upon experience
LPN $24.00-$29.00 per hour based upon experience
Shift: Full-Time 6am-6pm (Days) and 6pm-6am (Overnights)

- Responsible for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders.
- Monitors guests for changes in condition and coordinates care with physicians.
- Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as the resident’s condition or plan of care changes and completes an admission care plan in a timely manner.
- Completes prescribed treatments and ensures medication is administered timely, in private, and per facility procedure.

- An active RN/LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state).
