Hillcrest Health Services is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team at the Hillcrest Home Office in Bellevue!
The Executive Assistant is responsible to assist the Hillcrest Health Systems Executive team members (CEO, CAO, CFO) with contract management, facility credentialing and licensing, invoice management, and general administrative support as well as manage the Home Office Administrative Assistant.

What does a day in the life look like?
Accurately prepare and distribute key dashboards, data analysis, and reporting.
Provide support including calendar and agenda management, power point development, invoice processing and project support for the Board President, CEO, CFO, CAO and CMO.
Support as needed to the Operations team and other Executive Team members.
Accurately prepare and distribute agendas and supporting materials for the Executive Team, Business Leadership team and other Executive sponsored meetings. Includes scheduling of rooms, arrangement of catering and ensuring A/V and meeting supplies are available.
Manages the credentialing/licensing process to include collecting of all required documents and submission of all documents to state, CMS and regulatory agencies. Maintain permanent file of all correspondence and submitted documents.
Manages the contract management software system. Completes and manages the maintenance of electronic contracts as well as issuing of renewal notices and requesting updated certificates of insurance.
What should I have to be considered?
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Post high school clerical training or degree with business emphasis preferred.
At least five years’ experience in administrative business duties including computer software usage, clerical support duties, and business office equipment usage.
