Executive Director – Senior Living
Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for our next Executive Director in the Omaha area.
This position is responsible to plan, coordinate, direct, and administer all services in accordance with state, federal and local regulations. The Executive Director has the ultimate responsibility for the entire fiscal, physical and operational functions of the service line.

What are the responsibilities?
Implements procedures for hiring, onboarding and engagement of team members while inspiring team members to achieve better performance.
Ensures the Highest standard of customer service is provided with in all facets of the operations.
Plans, controls, and monitors complete budgeting and fiscal management including revenue and expenses.
Effectively self manages by using leadership skills such as planning, critical thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, and resiliency.
Implements effective QAPI processes that results in a high level of customer satisfaction, quality care, and regulatory compliance. Written policy, procedures, and workflow must reflect current practices.
What do I need to be considered?
Requires at least five years senior leadership or management experience in a CCRC, diverse senior living community or a multi faced larger hotel, new community start up experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or Hospitality Management preferred. Master’s preferred.
Active Nebraska AL license.
