- A four-day work week
Hours for this position will vary between Monday-Thursday, 9am-8pm, Fridays 9am-6pm, and Saturdays 9am-5pm. Three evenings per week and Saturdays are required.

Compensation
- Sell 2 cars per week-make $50,000 per year guarantee
- Sell 3 cars per week-make $75,000 per year guarantee
- Sell 4 cars per week-make $100,000 per year guarantee
$3,000 is guaranteed for the first ninety days of employment.
-3-month initial training salary (commission based after training period) & ongoing monthly training bonus
-Weekly cash bonuses available
-Flexible schedule/45 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs.
- During test drives, describe features and show how the car operates.
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance selling skills.
Requirements
- A solid background in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license
