Automotive Sales Manager - Ford Dealership - Globe, AZ
All duties related to running a successful Ford Dealership Sales Team. The right person for this job will already understand everything required! But here are a few areas that will be discussed!
- Experience as a Sales Manager in an automotive dealership setting a plus.
- Experience in the "Used" vehicle department a plus (will train)
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Consistent and stable work history.
- Must have a strong knowledge of the market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
