Job Summary
The Billing and Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing and contract administration within the ConnectWise platform. This role ensures accurate invoicing, compliance with service agreements, and efficient contract lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities
Billing Administration
- Manage the billing cycle within the ConnectWise platform, ensuring invoices are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Review and verify billable items in alignment with contract terms, including time tracking, expenses, and service usage.
- Address customer inquiries related to billing and account status.
- Automate billing processes using ConnectWise tools to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency.
- Generate financial reports on billing performance and revenue trends.
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and maintain contracts within the ConnectWise system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Track key contract milestones, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, sales) to negotiate favorable terms for service agreements.
- Monitor service usage to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain a centralized database of all contracts and related documentation for easy access and audit readiness.
Compliance and Performance Monitoring
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and company policies.
- Regularly review agreement performance metrics using ConnectWise analytics tools.
- Resolve any disputes or issues arising from billing or contractual obligations promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in billing or contract administration; experience with ConnectWise preferred.
- Strong understanding of service-level agreements (SLAs) and contract lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in using professional services automation (PSA) tools like ConnectWise.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- ConnectWise knowledgeable a plus
Skills Required
· Attention to detail for accurate billing and contract documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
