Copier Service Technicians - (Copier Industry Experience Required) Relocation assistance offered

The work location is for the Abilene Texas Area.

Hilliard Office Solutions has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our service team as an experienced field service technician, who will be working in the AbileneTexas area.

Signing bonus of $7,500 with a Konica Minolta Master Certification, A3 and A4 & Production Print Certification. You must send certifications along with a resume to be considered.

Hilliard Office Solutions will also pay up to $5000 for relocation.

Duties:

· Provides copier repair service to existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; and resolving problems.

· Performs preventative maintenance and repair services on office equipment by analyzing system problems; troubleshooting, ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing tests.

· Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.

· Documents service and installation actions by entering data and, completing reports.

· Works together in a teamwork environment with dispatchers, service managers, and other customer service staff.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Must be adept at using computers and able to perform basic print and scan connectivity installations.

· Must have experience with HP, Canon or Konica Minolta products

· Must have electronic and mechanical troubleshooting ability.

· Certified in A or equivalent training preferred

Qualifications -

• Must be adept at using computers and able to perform basic print and scan connectivity installations.
• Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple, and common network problems
• Excellent Customer service
• Excellent driving record
