At Hillman Homes Construction & Design, we specialize in custom home builds, remodels, waterfront projects and interior/exterior design. **What You'll Do**

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Present our services and solutions to potential clients
• Collaborate with our project managers and contractors to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape

**What We're Looking for**

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or related industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
