Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances the company’s brand presence and engages its target audience. This leader will oversee all aspects of marketing, from brand development and digital engagement to content creation, ensuring messaging is impactful, cohesive, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that sets the company apart in the financial services market.
- Oversee the creation of all brand assets and campaigns, maintaining a cohesive visual identity and engaging storytelling across channels.
Content Development & Digital Innovation
- Lead the content development strategy across platforms, delivering engaging materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Innovate in digital content and social media strategy to keep the brand relevant and top-of-mind.
Growth & Lead Generation Campaigns
- Design and manage data-driven marketing campaigns to attract and convert target audiences, leveraging paid ads, email marketing, and digital engagement.
- Partner with internal teams to develop creative assets that drive engagement and enhance customer acquisition.
Brand Consistency & Asset Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing a strong and recognizable market presence.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to support a cohesive identity.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications
