We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in building and optimizing world-class marketing funnels, managing lead life cycles, and driving measurable growth through data-driven decision-making. The Head of Marketing will oversee the selection and implementation of a new CRM system, visualize marketing performance through dashboards, and align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
This role involves a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone with the drive to scale a fast-growing startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Funnel Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize marketing funnels across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- CRM Strategy and Implementation: Lead the selection, migration, and integration of a new CRM platform, transitioning from ActiveCampaign to a more robust solution (e.g., Salesforce).
- Performance Visualization: Develop and manage marketing dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau, providing actionable insights to inform strategies.
- Lead Lifecycle Management: Oversee the development and execution of processes to manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring alignment with sales teams.
- Brand and Content Strategy: Shape the company’s brand positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences and differentiate in the market.
- Demand Generation: Drive innovative campaigns to generate leads and support revenue growth, leveraging digital channels and data analytics.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a small marketing team, fostering collaboration and a results-driven culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Key Requirements:
- 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in building and optimizing marketing funnels, with real-world examples to discuss during the interview.
- Proven experience selecting and implementing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and integrating marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
- Expertise in brand building, content strategy, and demand generation.
- Experience managing small teams and scaling marketing operations in fast-paced environments.
