We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy at RepeatMD, a high-growth B2B SaaS company transforming the Aesthetics and Wellness industry. With 1.5 million users, over $1 billion in revenue generated for our clients, and fresh off a $50M Series A, we’re scaling fast—and we need a marketing leader who can turn strategy into execution and drive growth

You’re a seasoned marketing leader with high-growth SaaS experience. You thrive on execution, can balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership, and know how to drive demand, optimize brand presence, and deliver results. You’ll partner closely with our CEO and cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts fuel RepeatMD’s next stage of growth.
✨ What You’ll Do:
📈 Lead & Execute Strategy:
- Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable marketing plans that drive ARR growth and brand awareness.
- Align content, brand, demand generation, and product marketing efforts to business goals.
🎟️ Own Event Marketing:
- Lead trade shows, conferences, and networking events (e.g., AmSpa, TAS, VCS).
- Manage sponsored events and regional dinners to strengthen client relationships.
- Oversee virtual events & webinars to generate demand and engagement.
📊 Optimize Marketing Operations:
- Oversee paid ads, CRO, and automation tools to drive high-quality leads.
- Develop data-driven reporting to track ROI on marketing spend.
📢 Build & Elevate the Brand:
- Ensure brand consistency across all content, campaigns, and digital touchpoints.
- Work with content & creative teams to produce high-impact marketing assets.
👥 Grow & Lead a High-Performing Team:
- Mentor a team of brand, content, and demand gen specialists.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success.
✅ What You Bring to the Table:
✔ 8 years of SaaS marketing leadership experience
✔ Proven track record of executing strategies that drive revenue & retention
✔ Experience running large-scale events and demand-gen campaigns
✔ Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, CRM tools, and analytics platforms
✔ Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
