As the Strategic Initiatives Project Manager, you will wear many hats and be instrumental in supporting the company's growth and operational efficiency. You will project manage a variety of initiatives, from supporting software implementations to optimizing warehouse operations, managing inventory, and contributing to business development efforts. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Lead and support key initiatives, including software implementations, inventory management optimization, and warehouse operations improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the warehouse team, supply chain management, business development, and other key departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory Management : Assist in the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Business Development Support : Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working closely with leadership to drive growth.
