The Position
Our award-winning FBO represents Avfuel and offers luxury services and amenities including hangar space, aircraft detailing, exercise facilities, and a state-of-the-art lobby.
Hillsboro Aviation is seeking a part-time weekend Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our growing team of professionals. This position requires an outgoing personality with a dedication to professionalism and organization. Making arrangements for incoming aircraft and providing VIP level customer service upon arrival and departure is the primary focus of the position, as well as providing exceptional service answering the phones, directing calls, and greeting walk-in guests.
The ideal candidate should exhibit a “teamwork” attitude and have the ability to work well with others, able to take initiative and be a self-starter, have attention to detail, and be able to uphold and represent the company in a professional manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service to our customer base
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Recording and organizing customer requests in CRM platforms
- Making arrangements with local hotels, rental/town car companies, caterers, etc.
- Coordinating with Line Service to ensure aircraft services are consistently provided correctly and on-time
- Other administrative tasks pertaining to the operations of Line Service and the FBO
Qualifications/Licenses
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Required Skills/Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service based environment
- Ability to socialize with customers
- Vigorous attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to remain calm and collected in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Previous CRM experience
- Previous FBO experience
- Microsoft Office 365 experience
