What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Receptionist position at Hillsboro Club?
The Hillsboro Club is looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist to support the Spa Department at our gorgeous property. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to club members and their guests. We are looking for someone with several years of hospitality / private club experience, great knowledge of how the front desk at a spa works, and the passion to contribute to the continued success of our luxury property, by creating excellent experiences for the members.
The Club operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.
This is a full-time, hourly position with competitive compensation of $19.00 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to competitive pay, our employees also have access to health insurance, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
General Requirements
- Greet and welcome members and their guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments for spa services and accurately process transactions.
- Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Front Office Manager.
