BDC Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and expertly to incoming leads from potential customers eager to experience the raw power of a Dodge Challenger, the freedom of a Jeep Wrangler, the toughness of a Ram truck, or the luxury of a Chrysler 300!
- Engage in dynamic conversations with potential customers to understand their needs, then deliver solutions that show off the unique benefits of these legendary brands.

BDC Sales Representative Requirements:
- Minimum of one year in an automotive BDC, sales or service, is a must.
- A drive to succeed and the ability to spot and seize sales opportunities.
- Strong communication skills that keep customers excited about the CDJR brands and ready to make a purchase.
- Experience with phone or virtual sales environments is an asset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales-related tools to keep you on track.
