General Description
The Facility Coordinator - Housekeeping will assist, as directed by the Facility Manager - Housekeeping, in supervising and monitoring event and building housekeeping operations to provide a superior experience to the tenants and guests of Raymond James Stadium.
The Facility Coordinator - Housekeeping shall be responsible for the training and supervision of housekeeping staff and temporary labor staff ensuring that the services are provided in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.
In addition, the Facility Coordinator - Housekeeping shall assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures designed to promote efficiency of operation, quality of service and a safe work environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Implement the policies and procedures of the Housekeeping Department while supervising and training housekeeping staff for day-to-day and event operations. Assures the highest quality service to all tenants by enforcing established goals for Facility Department personnel.
- Coordinate, supervise and participate in custodial coverage as assigned by the Facility Manager - Housekeeping, including the creation and communication of staffing requests, supervisor schedules and deployment for assigned events. Position will cover housekeeping day to day duties and events as assigned by the Facility Manager - Housekeeping.
- Following the completion of event coverage, communicate with housekeeping staff to ensure that all event related paperwork is completed properly and provided to the Housekeeping Administrative Assistant in a timely fashion.
- Participates in the interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and development of all Raymond James Stadium Housekeeping Department personnel in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of housekeeping staff activities to ensure the highest quality processes and proper procedures are utilized. Use observations from inspections to coach and train housekeeping staff as needed.
- Assist in coordination of departmental participation in utilizing the stadium's CMMS, including checking the accuracy of data entered into work orders such as labor, inventory, and completion.
- Attend and participate in Authority Operations/Event planning meetings when required. Participate in other weekly meetings necessary for conducting internal and external business. Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings to share relevant information and gain feedback from previous events. Attendance and/or travel may be required for meetings or maintenance held off site.
- Assist with coordinating and supervision of contracted staff for events and provide feedback to Housekeeping Manager regarding performance of staff.
- Regularly assess equipment and product inventory. Research and make recommendations of products and equipment that promote higher effectiveness and efficiency of housekeeping processes.
- Provide leadership on continuous improvement and team building efforts. Participate in employee committees and staff meetings emphasizing team management, high morale, and quality service to Authority customers.
- Provide a safe environment free of harassment for department employees and ensure compliance with all Authority policies, applicable OSHA standards and local, state, and federal laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
- Use computer terminal to enter and retrieve information and prepare reports as required.
- Perform other duties, functions, special projects, and responsibilities, as assigned.
- The Facility Coordinator - Housekeeping shall be knowledgeable in all administrative and operational rules, procedures, and programs of the housekeeping department.
- Position requires irregular schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; the performance of work assignments may not be directly related to job specifications. Adjustments of shifts, overtime, breaks, etc. may be required upon short notice.
- Monitor work activities of contract vendor services required.
- Position requires ability to interact with fellow employees, clients, the general public and outside vendors in a courteous, cooperative, and professional manner.
- Maintain a high public image, positive attitude and demeanor when performing a service for tenants and the general public in and around the facilities.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills including the ability to motivate others.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift over 50 lbs. and work in an unconditioned environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate mechanical and powered maintenance equipment.
- Perform other duties, functions, special projects, and responsibilities, as assigned.
- Minimum High School graduate or equivalent GED certificate and 4 years of progressive custodial experience in a large venue or complex of multiple venues.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of custodial services, understanding of event operations and large-scale cleaning practices.
- Thorough computer knowledge.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with CMMS
