Work Schedule
7:00 am to 3:30 pm M-F plus on call rotation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required
- Associate's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training required
- Prefer some experience in an IT environment and a fast-paced customer service role
- A or other certifications are an asset
Responsibilities
- Answer, log, and resolve help desk support calls
- Escalate, communicate and document technical issues that are outside the Level I's scope of knowledge
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software technology including Microsoft Office and other applications used by the hospital
- Troubleshoot and provide support and maintenance of the telephone system
- Provide after-hours on call support on a rotation with others in the IT department
