Responsibilities:• Provide IT support on-site, aiding in the regular functioning of our Windows-based systems, including Active Directory, O365, Online, and Exchange• Offer mobile support for Android and iPad users, addressing any technical difficulties they may encounter• Utilize your customer service skills to assist individuals in a high-stress environment, providing them with timely and effective solutions• Be ready for potential travel to address IT concerns at various locations• Collaborate with a team of techs to handle approximately 40-50 needs per day• Conduct online troubleshooting for people in the field, ensuring their systems are running smoothly• Assist in station setup and network troubleshooting, guaranteeing an efficient IT infrastructure• Handle matters related to computer hardware and configuration management• Oversee the deployment of IT resources and maintain a thorough knowledge of Office• Provide support for Apple devices and manage tasks related to Citrix and Cisco technologies.
