**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Hillside - a HumanGood community in McMinnville, Oregon. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Develop plans of care as needed and supervise resident care to meet their individual needs.
- Collaborate with care partners to assign tasks and ensure accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of employment.
- CPR certification.
- Prior experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is preferred.
