RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming leads and internet phone leads
- Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
- Customer Retention
- Complete all assigned daily tasks
- Assist Receptionist
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation
- Positive attitude and serious work ethic
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Proficient computer skills
- Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
- Bilingual -Spanish Speaking preferred
