Mold/Die Setter
Summary of essential job functions:
- Will be Responsible for Installing and Removing Molds and Dies
- Prepares any Auxiliary Equipment and any secondary equipment
- Removing and Loading Materials
- Mixing Material at Proper Ratios
- Preparing Auxiliary, and Secondary Equipment
- Performs some machine maintenance.
- Performs Cleaning Duties before and after Mold Installations
- Returns tools and other equipment to proper storage location
- Organizes and Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Complete mold change forms, and other documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Physical Elements:
- Lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Standing for long periods of time
- Climbing ladders
- Use of small hand tools
