We are looking for a full-time Certified Dietary Manager to lead our Dietary department. This would be a salary position that is primarily Monday-Friday; assisting on Weekends and Holidays as needed.
Primary focus of the Job: To plan, organize, direct staff, and regulate the Dietary Services Department.
Essential Job Functions contain but are not limited to:
- Assess and plan resident meals according to care plans, regulations, and physician orders.
- Meals, snacks, and supplements are planned, ordered, and prepared in accordance to state/federal regulations.
- Maintain a high degree of standards through the meal process in entirety from preparing from stratch to serving dinner to residents.
- Oversee and lead the dietary team with a strong moral, ethical, and passionate leadership.
Qualifications:
- Must have the proper certification (CDM)
- Experience in the Industry and in Leadership (Preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be able to analyze, review and judge different situations they face and take the right actions according to the situation
