Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety guidelines
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Help with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Support the culinary team with various tasks during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and appliances
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques is a plus
