Tax Preparer-Experienced, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual tax returns (minimum 4 years of tax preparation experience required).
• Provide expert answers to client tax questions with professionalism and accuracy.
• Respond to tax letters and notices on behalf of clients or delegate to the appropriate preparer.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of printed tax returns before final disbursement to clients.
• Take on additional duties as needed to support the team and enhance client service.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Tax Preparer License (required).
• At least 4 years of hands-on tax preparation experience.
• Feels comfortable completing schedules C & E
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Compensation: Salary beginning at $55,000 and based on experience, plus benefits.
