P&C Insurance Vendor Relations Associate

Job Description

Hilltop Securities is currently looking to hire a Property & Casualty Insurance Vendor Relations Associate in Dallas, Texas. The Property & Casualty Insurance Vendor Relations Associate is responsible for the performance of retail property & casualty insurance capabilities within the Hilltop Securities Insurance line of business. The scale requirements to execute successfully also demand partnership(s) with digital / technology first businesses, the position has relationship management responsibilities with the organizations we chose to partner / vendor with. This role will also have responsibility for assisting with the expansion into additional retail P&C opportunities as determined strategically and financially appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management with vendors / partners. Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for vendor and internal business partner(s).
• Support leadership in the oversight, management, and improvement of relationships with key vendor(s), internal and external partners.
• Ensuring operational capabilities are in place and functioning effectively for all distribution channels.
• Participate in the development of marketing and communication campaigns.
• Reviewing / auditing data transfer activities in support of sales leads and sales conversion activities.
• Track and analyze data to measure performance and sales conversion outcomes. Present key metrics to Management Team.
• Reviewing / auditing revenue and expense transaction activity.
• Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to develop and enhance operational capabilities through process and technological approaches.
• Continuously monitor client satisfaction levels by gathering feedback and conducting surveys / assessments.
