The Strategy and Operations Advisor (MIN) provides day to day tactical and operational support for Head of Momentum Independent Network (MIN) and serves as a liaison to the independent channel of advisors. In addition to these duties, the role is responsible for driving advisor recruiting and working in conjunction with Business Development.
This individual will need to build meaningful relationships through a high level of engagement with other employees and independent advisors within HTS/MIN with the goal of teamwork and collaboration.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in a client service/relationship management capacity within an independent advisory firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Series 7, 63 & 65/66 required.
- Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time.
- Strong presence with the ability to communicate, interact with and influence others of all levels of the organization.
- Extensive knowledge of the client segment, organization, product, industry, and end customer.
- Previous recruiting experience of independent financial advisory candidates.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the financial service industry (HTB offering), products, and services.
- Understands priorities, cultural norms, and unwritten rules for success at all levels of the organization.
- Perceives organizational and political sensitivities and acts accordingly.
- Strong relationship management experience.
- Ability to effectively analyze situations and apply solutions to achieve resolution.
- Ability to identify and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Strong sense of initiative and ability to multi-task.

- Sourcing new advisors to join MIN.
- Serve as the primary assistant to Head of MIN with day-to-day operational support of the organization.
