We have locations in Amherst, Huntington, and Worthington, as well as a school-based health center at Gateway Regional Middle/High School and a Community Center in Huntington.
A day in the life of this role:
We are currently seeking to expand our behavioral health services in our school-based setting at our Gateway School Based Health Center. In this role, the Behavioral Health Clinician will report to the Director of Behavioral Health and will work to provide dynamic, patient-centered mental health care to Gateway students as a part of a multidisciplinary medical team working with underserved populations. The ideal candidate will have a current specialty or an enthusiastic desire to learn more about working with an adolescent population.
This position will follow the school calendar including summer, winter, and spring breaks, holidays, and snow days. There is the possibility to work at other health centers when the school is closed. Schedule to be discussed with supervisor.

Support: This position will include weekly individual clinical supervision provided for all licensure levels, and twice-weekly group case consultation.
What we need from you:
- Master’s degree.
- Current license to practice independently in Massachusetts or to provide service under the direct supervision of an LICSW.
- Ability to establish effective, positive working relationships, internal and external to the Organization.
- Ability to conduct oneself within established professional and ethical boundaries.
