Charge Nurse (1st shift M-F)

Rehab Select at Hillview Terrace is seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to lead our dedicated nursing team during the 2nd shift. In this role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Proficiency in catheterization, IV insertion, and medication administration
• Experience with EHR systems, particularly Epic and Cerner
• Strong patient care and assessment skills, including tube feeding and airway management
• Knowledge of physiology and critical care, with experience in long-term care settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage nursing staff during the 2nd shift to ensure effective care delivery.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, facility policies, and best practices.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and staff activities.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
