As a Help Desk Technician at Hillwood, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to end-users, facilitating smooth operations for meetings and live events, and assisting with installations and server management.
A typical day for our Help Desk Technician involves :
- Providing technical assistance to end-users
- Setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment for meetings and live events
- Assisting with installations and maintenance of servers, switches, and access points
- Ensuring compliance with NIST and CIS requirements
- Managing Windows, Windows servers, end-user devices, VMWare, and CISCO Systems
- Utilizing services such as event viewer and employing troubleshooting processes
- Demonstrating expertise in group policy setup and management, including differences between user and computer policies
We are seeking qualified applicants with 1-3 years of experience in a help desk role or equivalent education / training, as well as individuals who are eager to grow into more advanced roles within backend server and device infrastructure support. We are seeking applicants who are enthusiastic about hands-on project involvement, including setting up exhibition videos, sourcing products, participating in server maintenance projects, and contributing to wireless expansion initiatives.

We Offer :
Hillwood will contribute up to $1,650 annually into your HSA if you elect single coverage or up to $3,300 annually if you elect dependent / family coverage for the 2025 plan year prorated based on the effective month of your coverage.
Salary : $1,650 - $3,300
