A Typical Day
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end hiring process to meet the staffing needs and support the business objectives. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will execute recruiting activities, guide candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process, and implement talent acquisition strategies, all while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
This role centers around delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers. You will engage in transparent communication and provide timely updates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Through phone screens, you create a welcoming environment, asking insightful questions and leaving candidates feeling valued and inspired. Simultaneously, you build strong partnerships with hiring managers, actively listening to their needs, providing guidance, and utilizing the technology provided to streamline the hiring process. By prioritizing effective communication and leveraging digital tools, you enhance both the candidate and hiring manager experiences, fostering meaningful connections and facilitating successful talent acquisitions.
A combination of specialized skills is needed to be successful in this role including talent acquisition experience, customer service, administrative and logistics acumen.

Job Responsibilities
- Implement diverse sourcing strategies, including referral generation, postings, and direct sourcing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR in the selection and hiring process.
- Screen candidates to determine skill set and level of interest.
- Utilize current recruitment processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistency throughout the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Manage recruiting projects and events.
- Foster and ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful and engaging recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data, utilizing applicant tracking systems and other tools.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Evaluate, design, develop and roll out college recruiting and internship programs.
- Manage the Immigration program and work as a liaison across the business to ensure success.
- Manage the relocation program offerings and ensure proper communication with employees who are actively relocating.
- Support Talent Acquisition Specialists on higher level more complex roles and act as a true subject matter expert for the more junior partners.
- High School diploma plus 6 years’ of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years’ of related experience.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- A willingness to travel up to 35%.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years’ of related experience.
- Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with both exempt and non-exempt recruiting, including technical, professional, and managerial positions.
- Experience overseeing enterprise-wide projects related to recruitment such as immigration, college internships, etc.
