What's the role?
The Human Resources Information Systems Manager will lead the HRIS Specialist team in supporting Human Resource's systems, maintenance of data, and global and local HRIS initiatives. The HRIS Managerr supports change management, drives HR functional excellence, and provides exceptional customer service. This position will partner with the business on delivery of new HR service deliverables and implementation of high quality, efficient, and automated solutions for end users. This role will act as the Regional Workday technical subject matter expert and will serve as the liaison between local and global HR & business teams to influence and share creative solutions on key projects where technology
enhancements, analytics, integrations, and opportunities are identified. This role will contribute to the startup of a shared services delivery model where project(s) are expected to deliver significant benefits in terms of efficiency and employee experience.

What does the role involve?
- Lead and develops the HRIS Specialist team to drive process excellence and HR data quality
- Lead team in problem solving and supporting the Tier 3 team through research, testing, and recommendations
- Partner with subject matter experts, Centers of Excellence (COE), and HR business partners to design, build and test processes or programs that deliver high quality and value-added solutions
- Partner with global Moment / Workday community experts to contribute and support key initiatives and changes; represents the region as HCM coordinator, manages HR Internal Control Audits, and supports Tier 3 HR service cases.
- Provide consultation and develop training on process execution and partner with HR leaders on rollout to internal customers
- Understand business and process needs and identify clear initiatives to meet
requirements; focus on opportunities rather than problems by challenging status quo and explore beyond the obvious.
