Job Summary:
As a Hilti Store Representative Trainee, you will be responsible for managing and operating a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and smaller field accounts. Your goal will be to drive customer engagement and provide high-quality customer service with a 95% order fill rate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell, service, and promote the full Hilti product line to walk-in customers and smaller field accounts.
- Create innovative ways to drive sales through merchandising and product demo efforts.
- Review and analyze shipping documents and sales trends to ensure correct inventory levels.
- Post receipts, disbursements, and material returns, and review reorder recommendations.
- Expedite customer backorders and switch locations for cost-effective delivery modes.
- Reconcile opening, closing, and annual physical inventories for the Hilti Store.
- Audit cycle counts, backorders, unconfirmed orders, and manual stock status transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and storefront, and keep assigned equipment in good order.
- Utilize Hilti's computer software to increase customer interactions and warehouse functions.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred.
- Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Geographic flexibility within 18-24 months.
