Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, site visits, and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather market intelligence, identify new business opportunities, and provide input on product development.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends using Salesforce.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets.
- Strong time and territory management skills, including ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time).
