As a Territory Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, develop tailored sales strategies, and deliver exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, site visits, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather market intelligence, identify new business opportunities, and provide input on product development.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends using Salesforce.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets.
  • Strong time and territory management skills, including ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time).
