The Hilton Austin Airport is seeking an On Call Bellman/Valet to join our team. The Hilton has been recently renovated and is located in the historic Air Force command building right on Austin-Bergstrom International Airport property. We’re proud to be Austin’s gateway full-service hotel.
Requirements:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes guests.
- Open doors for all guests.
- Responds to all guests' requests and handle guest complaints.
- Gives clear directions to all hotel facilities, guest rooms, and local area attractions.
- Carries baggage to the guest’s room.
- Delivers incoming packages to the appropriate department
- Logs all incoming guest packages
- Ensures that the front lobby, interior, and exterior entrances are clean.
- Drives the shuttle van, safely and adheres to all traffic regulations. A valid state driver’s license is required.
- Maintains cleanliness of the vans.
- Completes checklist of job tasks and shuttle inspection
- Maintain and stock crew lounge
- Remains at work station assigned by manager and stays at post when not assisting guests or performing other tasks as assigned.
