What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Bartender position at Hilton Charlotte University Place?
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Bartenders will also display menu knowledge and serve tables. Compensation includes base rate ($5/hour) and tips, which could easily translate to an hourly rate exceeding $20-$25/hour. AM shifts are from 1030am to 4pm daily. PM shifts are from 4pm to 1130pm. Shifts include weekends and holidays. Hours/shifts will fluctuate with business demands. Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule.
