Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong guest relations skills, have experience in the hospitality industry, and be able to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and up-to-date.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
• Promote hotel services and upsell room upgrades when appropriate.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
