We need a Front Desk Agent to join our team, who will be responsible for greeting visitors, solving problems and directing visitors to the appropriate area of the office, to help ensure that they have a positive experience. The Front Desk Representative will also be responsible for handling and routing incoming mail, providing coworkers with supplies and general operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a smile.
- Answer phones with a professional tone of voice.
- Answer guest questions in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel.
- Offer suggestions for local restaurants, attractions, or events to guests who are staying at the hotel.
- Be able to direct guests to nearby businesses if requested.
